In this key role, you'll bring domain-specific trading expertise to enhance our platform’s real-time capabilities across asset classes. If you have hands-on experience with equities, forex, crypto (plus CFDs or futures), and excel at translating that knowledge into rigorous QA practices, we want you! Key Responsibilities Partner with the EMCoin development team to analyze real-time trading flows and platform behaviour Design, implement, and test trading features and ticket scenarios for instruments like equity, FX, crypto, CFDs, and derivatives Diagnose and resolve complex, real-time trading issues with precision and speed Offer advisory support on optimal implementation of various order types Stay current with trading technology, market trends, and evolving regulations Produce and maintain clear technical documentation: execution flows, system specs, SOPs Participate in code reviews to ensure platform robustness Mentor junior QA & trading engineers, fostering knowledge transfer and team growth Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with trading platforms—either product-facing or support roles Solid understanding of order types including Market, Limit, Stop, and Stop-Limit Domain expertise across asset classes: Equity : familiarity with exchanges, order books, market microstructure Forex : knowledge of currency pair trading, FX regulations, liquidity mechanisms Crypto : understanding of blockchain-based assets, exchange infrastructure, slippage risk CFDs / Futures (optional, but advantageous): leverage mechanics, margin handling, settlement processes Experience working with trading APIs, FIX protocol, or similar integrations Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail Effective communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a high-velocity environment Awareness of financial regulations and compliance best practices Why You’ll Love Working Here Shape next-gen trading features in real-time for cutting-edge asset classes Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and finance experts Thrive in a startup-like atmosphere—fast-paced, autonomy, direct impact Elevate your career as a subject-matter expert in the field
