Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC & Bending Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines and press brake (bending) machines to fabricate metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. Experience with sheet metal fabrication and a strong understanding of mechanical processes are essential. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines and press brake (bending) machines. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Program CNC machines or load existing programs as required. Perform machine adjustments to maintain production tolerances. Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery. Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and report any production issues or equipment malfunctions. Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or technical certificate in machining or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience operating CNC and bending machines (e.g., Amada etc.). Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Basic knowledge of G-code programming (a plus). Familiarity with different types of metals and fabrication processes. Good mathematical and measurement skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills: Experience in sheet metal or metal fabrication industry. Forklift or crane operation certification (if required). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
