Job Title: IT Procurement Executive Location: Noida, UP Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Executive to manage vendor relationships, negotiate competitive prices, and ensure timely procurement of IT hardware and networking products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, CCTV systems, and networking equipment, along with strong negotiation and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with authorized dealers and distributors of HP, Dell, and Lenovo to obtain competitive price quotes. Check and confirm product stock availability with suppliers. Negotiate pricing and payment terms to maximize cost efficiency. Evaluate multiple vendor options to ensure quality and timely delivery. Maintain and update vendor databases and pricing lists. Coordinate with the internal sales and technical team to understand procurement requirements. Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods. Keep updated on latest IT hardware, CCTV, and networking products and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in the computer hardware and networking industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent knowledge of desktop, laptop, server, CCTV, and networking products. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software. Education & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT hardware procurement. Salary: As per industry standards.
