Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven LinkedIn Sales Expert (US Shift) to join our fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outreach, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts targeting US-based prospects, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, driving qualified leads, and building meaningful conversations that align with the client’s business goals.
You will work closely with a dedicated LinkedIn Strategist at all times to refine targeting, improve messaging, and consistently bring out the best results for every campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and maintain professional LinkedIn profiles (personal branding, SEO content, banners).
  • Plan and schedule 12 high-quality content pieces per month (mix of graphics, videos, carousels, polls).
  • Engage daily on LinkedIn (liking, commenting, group activity, influencer networking).
  • Build ICP-targeted lead lists through competitor research and filters.
  • Execute outreach: 50–100 personalized messages per month with follow-up sequences.
  • Send 150–180 connection requests/month with the goal of 30–50 new ICP connections.
  • Track conversations and nurture 6–8 meaningful chats/month leading to 12–18 MQLs.
  • Work with the marketing team to convert 2–4 SQLs every month.
  • Collaborate daily with the LinkedIn Strategist to adjust strategy based on trends and performance.
  • Share weekly activity logs and monthly performance reports.
  • Attend one monthly 30-minute strategy call per client.

Must-Have Capabilities:

  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for personalized outreach.
  • Proven ability to identify and connect with ICPs across industries.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones (primarily EST/PST).
  • Familiarity with content creation workflows (briefing copy/design teams).
  • Data-driven mindset to track, report, and optimize performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B LinkedIn lead generation or sales outreach.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead nurturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Portfolio or documented campaign results demonstrating KPIs achieved.
  • Experience working with international clients, especially in the US market.
