Job Title: Architect Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements while adhering to budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project objectives. Prepare detailed architectural designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD/BIM software. Develop concept designs, 3D models, and presentations for client approval. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate technical systems. Review and approve construction materials, finishes, and furnishings. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design fidelity. Resolve design and technical issues during project execution. Prepare cost estimates and assist with budgeting and tender processes. Keep up to date with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative construction technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Professional license or registration (as applicable). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Work Environment: Office-based design work combined with regular site visits. Collaborative interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
