We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the Freight Forwarding industry to join our team in New Delhi, India specializing in Air and Sea channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the logistics industry, with an in-depth understanding of freight forwarding products, services, and operations. Requirements: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in freight forwarding (Air and Sea). Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and establish strong, long-term partnerships. Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Regularly meet with clients to review their logistics needs and propose tailored solutions. Ensure that all client inquiries and requests are responded to promptly and professionally Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services. Communicate client requirements and expectations clearly to internal teams. Coordinate with air and ocean carriers, customs brokers, and other third-party providers to ensure smooth cargo movement. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in sales in the freight forwarding industry Strong understanding of logistics operations and freight industry products and services Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
