Line Producer / Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Line Producer / Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations from post-production through delivery. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest production standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in coordinating shoots, managing crews, and handling production logistics in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to interpret project requirements and align resources.
• Prepare and manage production budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Secure and manage crew hires, equipment rentals, locations, permits, and all logistical needs.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely delivery.
• Serve as the point of contact for vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate issues, and resolve production challenges in real-time.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards on set.
• Maintain production documentation, contracts, and release forms for compliance and archival.
