Are you a performance-driven marketer with a creative edge and technical prowess across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and more? Limurse is looking for a Marketing & Advertising Specialist to lead the charge in our paid media campaigns, end-to-end. 🔍 What You'll Do: Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms. Develop creative briefs and produce scroll-stopping visuals and engaging video content tailored for each platform. Continuously A/B test ad creatives and copy to increase conversions and reduce CPA. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to refine performance. 🎨 You Should Be Amazing At: Building, managing, and scaling ad campaigns with clear ROI benchmarks. Designing high-converting static and video creatives or coordinating with creatives to do so. Copywriting that converts, especially direct-response copy. Funnel strategy and landing page optimization to support ad traffic. Understanding pixel implementation, retargeting, and full-funnel tracking. 🧠 Bonus Points: Familiarity with Alex Hormozi-style offers and direct response tactics.
