The ideal candidate must be proficient in stitching a variety of women’s garments including traditional and western wear, with a strong focus on cocktail dresses and high-quality custom tailoring. Key Responsibilities: Stitch and finish women’s garments as per given measurements and designs Perform accurate garment cutting and fabric handling Execute advanced stitching techniques including running stitch, hemming, overlocking, etc. Understand and interpret design patterns and sketches Take measurements and make necessary alterations as required Ensure timely completion of orders with attention to detail and quality Maintain cleanliness of sewing machines and workstation Collaborate with designers and clients to understand styling needs
