Role & responsibilities - Organizing and coordinating various aspects of patient care, such as pre-procedure preparation, monitoring during procedures, and post-procedure care. - Ensuring the quality of nursing care, adherence to clinical protocols, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. -Overseeing the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of all cath lab equipment. -Working closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. Preferred candidate profile :Qualification "GNM/BSC Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
