The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with other educators, support staff, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies outlined in the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). This position requires a deep commitment to inclusive education and personalized learning to ensure the academic and social success of the student. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Social work, Child Psychology or a related field.Proven experience (atleast 6-10 years) working with students with diverse learning needs.Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions for different behavioral traitsExcellent English communication and collaboration skills.Ideal candidate must be able to join immediatelyMust have extreme patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
