Role Overview: As a Data Visualization Specialist, your main responsibility will be to transform complex datasets into clear, meaningful, and visually engaging insights. You will play a crucial role in bridging data analysis and visual communication, helping teams and decision-makers better understand business performance and opportunities through intuitive dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and translate data into accessible visual formats. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all visual outputs. - Create visualization frameworks and style guides to standardize reporting within the organization. - Present insights to non-technical audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making. - Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience. - Stay up to date with best practices and innovations in data storytelling and visualization design. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence roles. - Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. - Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets. - Understanding of UX/UI design principles as applied to data presentation. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to translate technical data into visually compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
