Key Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance sector. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Provide regular updates and support to clients regarding policy options, claims, and other insurance-related services. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close deals effectively Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue potential strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaboration opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align business development efforts with brand positioning. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Monitor and evaluate performance against targets and recommend corrective actions if necessary. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulations. Ensure clients are informed about the full range of insurance products available and match their needs to appropriate solutions. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients and close sales deals effectively. Work closely with internal teams (underwriting, operations) to ensure smooth policy implementation.
