Lifeguard

As a Lifeguard at The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of all guests and maintain a secure swimming environment. You will be required to monitor activities in the pool, respond promptly to emergencies, and enforce pool rules effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess strong swimming skills and a comprehensive understanding of water safety measures. Additionally, holding CPR and First Aid certification is essential to respond effectively during critical situations. Your ability to remain composed and focused in emergencies, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be crucial in fulfilling your duties. While previous lifeguarding experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, being physically fit and having the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are essential qualities for this position.
