Gorakhpur, Mohaddipur | Full-time | Non-Sales Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a non-sales back-office professional with experience in life insurance policy renewals. The role involves handling renewal documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating with clients over email/calls in fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage life insurance renewal documentation.
  • Follow up with clients (email/phone) for missing or pending documents.
  • Ensure all records are accurate and updated in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (not sales).
  • Maintain TAT and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in life insurance policy renewals/documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Note: This is NOT a sales or target-based role. Candidates with pure documentation/back-office experience in life insurance only should apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
