Job Title: Production Executive – Cosmetic Manufacturing Company: Libra Cosmetics Location: Khatraj, Ta . Kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar Salary: ₹20,000/month Employment Type: Full-Time ⸻ Job Summary: Libra cosmetics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee day-to-day operations in the cosmetic manufacturing unit. The role involves supervising & batch preparation in production of cosmetic products such as shampoo, lotion, cream,serum and other ensuring quality standards, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with the team to achieve smooth and efficient production flow. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Batch preparation, Supervise and manage daily production activities for shampoo, lotion, cream, and serum. • Ensure all products are manufactured as per quality. • Monitor raw material usage, batch preparation, and filling/packing processes. • Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines. • Maintain accurate production records, batch manufacturing documents, and stock usage logs. • Plan production schedules and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for raw material availability. • Troubleshoot minor production-related issues and escalate major concerns to senior management. • Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to meet market demand. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related stream preferred) • Basic knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes (shampoo, lotion, cream, serum) • Familiarity with GMP, safety, and hygiene practices • Good organizational and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to maintain proper records • Experience with a willingness to learn will also be considered ⸻ Work Location: Khatraj, Ta.kalol, Dist.
