Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy. Stock in-ward and out-ward process to be done. Out-ward billing to be done for different firms and distributors. Perform regular stock counts and audits. Record and report any stock discrepancies. Goods Receiving and Dispatching: Oversee the receiving of goods and ensure that products are properly checked, labeled, and stored. Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized and clean warehouse layout. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Track and manage damaged or returned goods. Order Processing: Assist in order picking, packing, and labeling. Coordinate with other departments (such as sales or customer service) to ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and other warehouse metrics. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team and provide support where needed. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies for smooth logistics operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and performance. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in supply chain management/logistics is a plus. Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse/logistics environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., WMS), Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in warehouse operations or logistics.
