Looking out for an experienced Regional Sales Manager(Zonal Head) in Chennai working in fenestration industry(facade hardware or aluminium fabrication, doors & windows). Experience: 8+ years Education: B.Tech Mechanical/Civil Will look after the Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Kerala region. Looking for candidates working in excursion, glass, aluminum composite, fabricator/facade companies. The candidate should be well networked with facade consultants, architects and aluminium fabricators in the region. Head Office: New Delhi Job Location: Chennai Job Responsibilities: · Achieving the Region’s revenue as per targets defined · Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking. · Key accounts management · Specification management with facade consultants, profile system, architects, builders - for on-going & upcoming projects · Marketing activities in the region · New lead management and conversion · Distribution management - target monitoring · Provide quality leadership for LGF Sysmac’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks. · Managing region’s sales and customer relationships. Works in conjunction with the sales team to ensure attention and growth in the key account segments and promotion of LGF Sysmac’s products · Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals · Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations · Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base · Servicing the needs of the existing customers · Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market · Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole · Collecting customer feedback and market research · Maintain project tracker for follow up of past, present and coming project. · Maintain master funnel report. This is an individual contributory role. Does not entail a team.
