Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, presenting our services, and converting leads into long-term engagements. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence, creating new scopes of work, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the company. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from Leybaba Technology’s services. Create and present proposals, service scopes, and tailored solutions to prospective clients. Initiate communication (emails, calls, meetings) with prospects and nurture leads. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work closely with the operations/drafting team to ensure accurate delivery of services promised to clients. Prepare and maintain records of client communications, sales pipelines, and conversion reports. Represent the company in professional and ethical manner in all interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory if candidate shows strong communication & sales ability). Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of drafting, consultancy, or legal/administrative processes will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, and online communication tools. Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and convert conversations into sales.
