Job Summary : - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals - Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Performance Metrics: - Sales revenue growth - Number of new business leads generated - Conversion rate of leads to sales - Client satisfaction and retention rates - Sales pipeline growth and management Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
