We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us in the role of Lead Fundraising & Donor Management at our location in Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and possess 10-12 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and development roles. As the Lead Fundraising & Donor Management, your primary objective will be to ensure the financial sustainability of Leukemia Crusaders through strategic fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and partnership development. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying new funding sources, managing donor relationships, preparing grant proposals, and delivering timely reports to showcase program impact and donor contributions.
