Manage smooth day-to-day office operations and support the Director in all administrative tasks. Handle email drafting, responses, communication follow-ups, and maintain professional correspondence. Schedule and align meetings, prepare agendas, ensure timely reminders, and coordinate logistics. Take Minutes of Meeting (MoM) accurately and circulate follow-up tasks for timely completion. Maintain and update data records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical & digital). Prepare MIS reports, daily activity trackers, and team updates to ensure workflow transparency. Create and process invoices, bills, receipts, and assist in Tally entries for basic accounting operations. Work efficiently on MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation. Provide coordination and support to internal teams and monitor task progress through calls and reporting. Maintain high standards of professionalism, manners, grooming, and communication while representing the company. Accompany the Director in external client/vendor meetings when required and ensure smooth coordination. Assist in preparing presentations, designs, and marketing material using Canva when needed. Ensure confidentiality of business information and maintain structured data management at all times. Take proactive ownership of tasks, maintain discipline, and ensure timely delivery of planned activities. Act as a communication bridge between the Director and various departments/vendors for efficient workflow.
