The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, scientific understanding, and a passion for sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Promote companys pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors. Conduct product detailing and ensure effective product visibility. Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies and promotional activities. Regularly report market feedback, competitor activities, and sales updates to the manager. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage distribution coordination. Desired Candidate Profile B.Sc. (Science Graduate) or equivalent qualification. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry are welcome. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards
