Job Summary: As a Lender Review Analyst at Rexera, you will assess lender performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage financial risk. This role requires a solid background in underwriting US mortgages, knowledge of borrowers income and assets, and experience in reviewing escrow or condo documents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct comprehensive reviews of condo project documentation, including financials, legal records, and insurance policies, to ensure regulatory compliance and assess project viability. 2. Identify and evaluate risks in lender-related projects, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies. 3. Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate key findings to underwriting and management teams. 4. Ensure adherence to current guidelines and industry best practices through continuous compliance monitoring. 5. Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, loan processing, risk) and liaise with external stakeholders such as condo associations, developers, and legal advisors. 6. Provide training and support to junior analysts and internal teams on compliance standards and review processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in risk management, US Mortgage, or Underwriting. Background in underwriting US mortgages with knowledge of borrowers income, assets, and appraisal. Experience in reviewing escrow or condo documents, including balance sheets, CC&Rs, and budget statements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Property Tax and Lien Mastery: Oversee the calculation and collection of property taxes, including assessment methods, payment procedures, and lien processes. Lien Management: Ensure proficient handling of property liens, including obtaining lien payoffs, clearing liens, and mitigating their impact on property sales. Government Website Navigation: Guide the team in effectively navigating government portals to retrieve crucial information on permits, code enforcement, utilities, and property taxes. Stay Updated on Regulations: Monitor changes in website layouts and content to maintain accuracy and efficiency in information retrieval. Code Violations & Permits: Manage code violations, understand their effect on property ownership, and implement strategies for resolution. Oversee the distinction between open and expired permits. Utility Management: Oversee the understanding of utility services in US homes and the billing processes for both public and private utility providers. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentoring, and management to the team, ensuring effective execution of tasks and continuous professional development. Essential Skills 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent English and an accent that is easily understood by American clients. 2. Proven ability to communicate effectively with government officials, property owners, and stakeholders to resolve lien-related matters. 3. Proficiency in using online research tools and computer software for data collection and management. 4. Exceptional organizational skills with strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Desired Skills: Prior experience managing municipal lien projects or working with US property liens and local government entities. Knowledge of permit search, code & real estate transactions, particularly as they relate to liens and tax procedures, is a strong advantage. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year leading a municipal lien team of 5 or more members. Shift timings: 9pm to 6am IST
