Senior sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities & building strong client relationships. Handle inquiries either mail or phone ,prepare proposals & conduct negotiations to close sales. Conduct regular sales calls,client meetings.Ensure timely follow-up with client to secure bookings and long-term partnerships. Track and analyse market trends,competitor activities,and business performance . Collaborate with other department (Front Office , F & B Service) to ensure better service for client. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Contact travel agencies and event management firms to make booking for banquets and rooms.
