Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and guest experiences. Support in training and supervising junior staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of bookings, memberships, and financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to leisure operations. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
