Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making, ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI mandates, and support India’s positioning in the global financial transparency ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, validate, and clean data across multiple business systems. Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for KPIs, adoption metrics, client growth, and regulatory reporting. Detect irregularities and unseen gaps in processes and data flows. Transform raw data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions. Business Insights & Strategic Support Provide analytics for GLEIF-accredited LEI issuance, renewals, and regulatory compliance reporting . Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection to strengthen strategic planning. Recommend process optimizations to enhance transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with heads of Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR to address cross-functional reporting needs. Support CXOs in preparing board-level presentations, regulatory filings, and global project updates . Promote a culture of precision and accountability across teams. Tools & Technology Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Excel for advanced analysis, automation, and dashboards. Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery of insights. Continuously refine BI practices to detect early warning signals and hidden opportunities. Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Science, Analytics, IT, or Business Administration . 4–8 years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst. Mandatory Power BI Certification with advanced data visualization skills. Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel . Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot gaps or anomalies that others overlook. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi . Visionary mindset with the ability to see both granular details and their larger strategic impact . Resilient under pressure, able to manage multiple projects and interact directly with leadership.
