AFTER SALES SERVICE AND PROJECT (SITE) Role & responsibilities 1 Carrying out Piping, Installation, Fabrication of tanks at site, Testing and Handover of projects at site. 2 Installation, commissioning, service, repair and maintenance of range of brewing equipments and machines in house, function testing and site service 3 Providing after sales service, support in resolving mechanical faults of existing brewery process and packaging lines of Lehui in India whenever any query is raised. 4 To carry out health and maintenance audit of existing lines from time to time; Managing operation and Preventive Maintenance Schedules of machines in reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment. 5 To keep in touch with customers and visiting all sites where Lehui machines have been installed from time to time. Receiving and Making courtesy and after sales calls to customers following the recent installations, guarantee/warranty callouts. 6 Reporting Non-Conformance work, arranging solution, ensuring completion and record. In addition, liaise with the Installation Manager to arrange - implement a long-term solution to minimize re-occurrence. 7 Any other duties as reasonably required or assigned by management. Preferred candidate profile Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Basics of Quality Assurance Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Autocad Basic Good communication skillls CRM Work Conditions: Base Location: Vadodara Frequent on-site travel to different site locations in India. (Customer sites) Ability to do multitasking, work under pressure and organized working style.
Role & responsibilities 1 Engineering, Erection and Commissioning of Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider make PLC, HMI and SCADA based control system 2 Installation, calibration and loop checking of the various field instruments (i.e. Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, Krohne, Honeywell, Yokogawa etc.) 3 Review of control philosophy, read and make electrical P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, flow chart, Cable Schedule, Electrical Drawings etc. 4 Preparation of IO List, Power and Control Cable Schedule. 5 Experience in calibration maintenance, installation, troubleshooting of all kind of instruments used for Level, Pressure and Flow, Temperature measurement and control. 6 Experience in installation, calibration and maintenance of pneumatic valve positioners. 7 Testing & installation of Electrical control panels; doing on site electrical & instrument related troubleshooting 8 Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements. 9 Should have worked on ABB, Danfoss, Schneider, Siemens and AB make VFD and AC drives in various areasof application of project. Preferred candidate profile Very good communication skillls Basic knowledge of electronic & electrical components Basic knowledge of field instruments, its caliberation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Should have done site work or attended service calls. Knowledge of electrical schematic and frequency converter, Siemens, Danfoss Hard Skills : PLC,SCADA IT Skills: MS Excel.
