Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be a key driver of revenue growth for Legit Farms. This role is responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for promoting our high-quality, organic agricultural products. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets. Cultivate and manage relationships with a diverse range of individual customers to large distributors. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Legit Farms' products to effectively communicate their value and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and farm visits to showcase the quality and standards of our farm. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in English and at least one or more regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, or Malayalam is highly mandatory. Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the food, agriculture, or a related industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
