Role Description This is a volunteer remote role for a Research Intern. The Research Intern will be responsible for conducting policy research, analyzing legislative proposals, drafting reports, and supporting the development of public policy initiatives. The intern will also engage with stakeholders and assist with community outreach efforts to support the legislative office's goals. Qualifications Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. Good writing and communication skills, with experience in drafting reports and policy briefs. Understanding of public policy and issues Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in using digital tools for research and communication. Experience in community outreach and stakeholder engagement is a plus. Preparing for UPSC Civil Services or State Services Exam or Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, or related field (or currently pursuing) is plus.
