Position: Management Associate – Founder’s Office The Management Associate – Founder’s Office will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to streamline operations, manage finances, coordinate communication, and support sponsorship and growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in sports management, business operations, and strategic planning , with opportunities to contribute creatively to LUFC’s social media and brand presence. Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra (2 Days On-Ground + 3 Days WFH Weekly) Duration: 6 Months (Extendable to 8/12 months) What You’ll Do: Work closely with the Founder on daily operations, scheduling, and planning. Coordinate between coaches, staff, and the leadership team. Track finances, assist in planning income vs. expenses, and maintain weekly accuracy reports. Research and reach out to potential sponsors and brand partners. Design basic social media posts for academy updates and announcements. Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure task follow-ups are completed. Contribute ideas to improve LUFC’s operations and growth strategy. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Is a Fresher Graduate or pursuing graduation (Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred). Is proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace . Can design simple creatives using Canva or similar tools . Communicates fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Is detail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about football or youth sports.
