About the Role We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product awareness, managing promotional events, and achieving sales conversions through creative marketing initiatives and direct engagement. Lead Management & Sales Support Handle incoming sales leads, inquiries, and ensure timely dispatch of products. Maintain sales records and coordinate with operations for smooth order processing. Event Marketing & Brand Promotion Plan, organize, and execute tasting sessions, exhibitions, and promotional events. Represent the brand at trade fairs, expos, and community events to enhance visibility. Coordinate logistics, setup, and engagement activities during events. Corporate & Community Outreach Approach corporate offices, co-working spaces, and institutions to organize product demos or sampling drives. Build relationships with community groups, clubs, and apartment associations for local promotions. Customer Engagement & Conversion Explain product features, benefits, and brand story to potential customers. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and relationship building. Collect customer feedback to improve experience and product appeal. Marketing & Communication Support digital marketing efforts by providing event photos, testimonials, and on-ground insights. Assist in executing local marketing campaigns and collaborations. Distribute promotional materials and maintain brand consistency in all communication. Reporting & Analysis Maintain daily reports of activities, leads, and event outcomes. Share insights on customer behavior, event performance, and market trends. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people. Ability to travel for events and meetings. Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and branding concepts. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace preferred. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if field role).
