Job Description

As a Legal Professional at Infosys in Bangalore, your role will involve supporting M&A, investment, and other corporate development activities from a legal perspective. This includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transaction documentation such as term sheets, definitive agreements, and closing documentation. You will also be responsible for supporting cross-border M&A transactions by liaising with external counsel to ensure compliance with global regulatory norms. Additionally, you should be capable of leading M&A transactions from inception to closing. Key Responsibilities: - Support Infosys M&A, investment, and corporate development activities from a legal perspective - Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documentation - Assist in cross-border M&A transactions and ensure compliance with global regulations - Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing Qualifications Required: - Post Qualification Experience of 4-7 years in relevant domain - Corporate Legal experience with Mergers and Acquisition matters - Experience in drafting and negotiating Mergers and acquisition transactions - Ability to lead closings and handle due-diligence - Excellent attention to detail If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
