Ø 3+ Years of experience in response scripting.Ø Exposure to customize responsesØ Identifying legal jargon & handling complaints.Ø Previous experience in handling escalations.Ø Preferably worked for any US Client.Ø Should be smart enough to identify escalations routes & nullify themØ Open to working in Night shift & WFOØ Weekends Off
