Legal Associate General Litigation

As an Associate General Litigation at our firm in New Delhi, you will be an integral part of the General Litigation team. Your primary responsibilities will include actively participating in a variety of litigation cases, spanning criminal, civil, and commercial areas, both before trial and appellate courts. If you thrive in a fast-paced court setting and possess a knack for legal drafting, we are excited to welcome you on board. To excel in this role, we are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation. Your proficiency in legal drafting, encompassing petitions, replies, applications, and written submissions, will be crucial. Additionally, a solid grasp of procedural and substantive laws, along with a readiness to represent before different courts and tribunals, is essential. Strong research capabilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit are traits we value in our team members. The ideal candidate will hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university and be enrolled with a Bar Council.
