Legal Associate cum assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of topics relevant to the agricultural sector, including land laws, environmental regulations, and commercial laws.
• Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Help maintain and organize legal documents, records, and case files.
• Provide legal support and assistance to different departments within the company as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Law Degree (LL.B.) is preferred, or currently pursuing a Law Degree with demonstrable legal knowledge.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and excellent research skills.
• Ability to analyze legal issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
