About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead Sourcing & Calling Make outbound calls to potential caregiver leads (from job portals, referrals, walk-ins, etc.). Explain the job opportunity clearly (e.g., type of care work, location, salary, benefits). Convince interested candidates to register and complete onboarding. 2. Profile Creation Collect key details from interested caretakers (name, contact, city, care type, availability, etc.). Update caretaker details accurately in the Google Sheet tracker. Ensure caretaker photos are uploaded to the designated Drive folder. Maintain the quality of profiles by checking for complete information and job readiness. 3. Referral Calls Call active caretakers for referrals of friends or family interested in care jobs. Ensure the minimum daily target of referral calls is achieved. Track and update referral data properly. 4. Profile Request Closure Work on incoming requests from the sales team to find matching caregiver profiles. Share suitable profiles with the sales team as per location, care type, and availability. Follow up on feedback and modify matches if required. Ensure closure and update the status in the request tracker. 5. Follow-ups Follow up with partially onboarded or inactive caretakers to complete documentation and activate them. Engage regularly with onboarded caregivers without current jobs and update their availability. 6. Daily Reporting Submit a day-end report with the following: Number of calls made Total talk time Profiles created Profile requests closed Referral calls made City/Locality demand and supply gaps 7. Data Management Maintain accurate and updated records in internal trackers (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.). Flag incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect data to the supervisor. 8. Shift & Attendance Discipline Adhere to assigned shift timings and break schedules. Apply for leave with one week's prior notice (unless emergency). Maintain high attendance and punctuality. 9. Performance Targets Daily minimums expected: 120+ minutes of talk time 100+ connected calls 18+ profile creations (for dedicated creators) 14+ request closures (for dedicated closers) 5+ referral calls 10. Team Collaboration Coordinate with the field relationship managers (FRMs) for onboarding support. Share real-time updates on candidate availability and issues. Participate in daily team huddles or syncs.
