Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Merchandiser. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end merchandising process, liaising with clients, coordinating with production teams, overseeing quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. The Senior Merchandiser will also analyze market trends, maintain strong relationships with buyers, and support the development of high-fashion products tailored to client needs. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Experience in Sales and Retail to drive market growth and meet sales targets. Knowledge of Marketing and industry trends to support product development and client engagement strategies. Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines. Previous experience in the fashion or garment industry is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is a plus.
