We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy UI Designer who can leverage AI-powered coding platforms like Lovable, Replit, v0.dev, and similar tools to rapidly design and build beautiful, conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and sales funnels. The ideal candidate combines design aesthetics with prompt engineering skills to create stunning web experiences without traditional hand-coding. Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Design and build aesthetic websites, landing pages, and sales funnels using AI-powered platforms (Lovable, Replit, v0.dev, Bolt.new, etc.) Create high-converting sales pages with compelling visual hierarchy and user flow Transform design concepts into functional websites through effective prompt engineering Ensure responsive design across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) UI/UX & Conversion Optimization: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and conversion-optimized Implement best practices for landing page design, CTAs, and sales funnel optimization Conduct A/B testing on design elements to improve conversion rates Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approval AI Tool Mastery: Master prompt writing techniques to generate clean, functional code through AI platforms Iterate and refine AI-generated outputs to match design specifications Stay updated with latest AI web development tools and capabilities Troubleshoot and optimize AI-generated code for performance Collaboration & Delivery: Collaborate with marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently Maintain design consistency across multiple pages and funnels Required Qualifications Design Skills: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or web design Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, websites, or digital marketing designs Excellent understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy) Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with AI coding platforms (Lovable, Replit, v0.dev, Cursor, or similar) Strong prompt engineering skills to generate desired outputs from AI tools Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (no deep coding required) Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles Marketing & Conversion Knowledge: Understanding of landing page best practices and conversion optimization Knowledge of sales funnel design and customer journey mapping Experience creating persuasive, action-oriented designs Awareness of current web design trends and aesthetics Preferred Skills Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Webflow, Framer, Bubble) Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimization Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) Experience with design systems and component libraries Understanding of copywriting principles for web Portfolio demonstrating high-conversion landing pages Tools You'll Work With AI Development Platforms: Lovable.dev Replit v0.dev (Vercel) Bolt.new Cursor AI ChatGPT/Claude for code generation Design Tools: Figma/Adobe XD Canva/Adobe Creative Suite Asset libraries (Unsplash, Iconify, etc.) Other Tools: Version control (Git/GitHub) Project management tools Browser developer tools What We're Looking For Creative problem-solver who can translate business goals into beautiful designs Fast learner who adapts quickly to new AI tools and platforms Detail-oriented designer with an eye for aesthetics and user experience Results-driven professional focused on conversion and business impact Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects Key Deliverables High-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns Multi-page sales funnels with seamless user experience Product/service websites with modern, aesthetic design Rapid prototypes and design iterations based on feedback A/B test variations for conversion optimization Stipend - 15,000
