JJob Description – Lecturer (MIT)

Position: Lecturer
Department: Medical Imaging Technology, etc.
Reporting to: Head of the Department / Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the curriculum and academic schedule.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative instructional methods.
• Guide students in academic projects, seminars, and research activities.
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback for student improvement.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and evaluation reports as per institutional requirements.
• Mentor and support students in academic, personal, and career development.
• Engage in research, publications, and professional development activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional committees.
• Ensure adherence to UGC/AICTE/University/Institutional norms and quality standards.
• Support extracurricular and co-curricular initiatives of the institution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in MIT with minimum .
• NET/SET/Ph.D. preferred (as per UGC/AICTE/University norms).
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and practical applications.
• Commitment to student development, research, and continuous learning.

Experience:

• Fresher or candidates with teaching/research/industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Preference for candidates with prior teaching experience at UG/PG level.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
