Lecturer (Civil)

As a Civil Engineering Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting lectures and practical sessions according to the scheduled timetable. Your duties will include assigning daily assignments, ensuring timely completion of student journals and project work, and tracking and reporting student progress within specified timelines. Additionally, you will provide training and mentorship to junior faculty on advanced modules to support skill enhancement. Encouraging and guiding students to participate in national-level exams and certifications will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to deliver seminars on assigned civil engineering technologies and tools, as well as conduct interactive sessions to engage and support student learning. Ensuring syllabus completion within the given academic timeframe and managing the day-to-day operations of the center when required are also key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have proven teaching/training experience in the Civil Engineering domain and be proficient in key Civil Engineering software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Staad Pro, Revit, ETABS, Google SketchUp, ArcGIS, RCDC, V-Ray (and others as applicable), and Lumion. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to motivate and mentor students effectively, are essential qualities for this role.
