The Representative and Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality leather goods, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, ensuring the quality of sourced products, and coordinating with the production and logistics teams. The role will also involve staying updated on market trends, maintaining records of procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in sourcing and procurement in the leather goods industry Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills Knowledge of market trends and quality standards in the leather goods industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards Proficiency in sourcing software and tools is a plus
