You will be joining Wise Sourcing Inc., a sourcing agency that specializes in leather footwear. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting customers in procuring top-notch leather footwear and accessories from various Indian factories. Our shoes are manufactured in factories located in prominent cities such as Agra, Kanpur, NCR, Mumbai & Chennai. As a full-time on-site Leather Footwear Quality Control (QC) specialist, your role will encompass a range of duties at the manufacturing factory on behalf of the customer. These responsibilities include conducting raw material assessments of leather, textile, sole, trims, etc., ensuring in-line production process control during cutting, closing, and lasting stages, performing a 100% final inspection of shoes prior to dispatch, and generating daily inspection reports along with QC findings. To be eligible for this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working at a footwear buying house in a similar capacity and at least 7 years of experience in the leather footwear industry.,
