We work with top developers, property owners, and clients to deliver value-driven commercial leasing services across Delhi-NCR. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Professional with a passion for real estate and a strong understanding of client servicing. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of field sales or leasing experience**, preferably in the commercial property sector. --- Key Responsibilities: Generate leads for commercial leasing through field activity, cold calling, referrals, and property networks. Handle client inquiries, understand space requirements, and suggest suitable properties. Conduct and coordinate site visits with potential tenants and clients. Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and corporate clients. Regularly update CRM or internal tracking systems with property and client details. Collaborate with the documentation and legal teams to close deals smoothly. Stay updated with commercial real estate trends and developments in Noida and nearby areas. * Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with discipline and focus. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales ,preferably in real estate/commercial leasing. Strong ommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficient in using WhatsApp, calls, Google Maps, and basic digital tools. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Must have good knowledge of Noida and Greater Noida sectors. Only male candidates will be considered for this role due to field work requirements.
