About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Tester for a 3-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise using TestComplete, SQL databases, Python programming, keyword-driven testing frameworks, and modern version control tools including Bitbucket. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through effective automated testing. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using TestComplete and Keyword-driven Framework Build and maintain keyword-driven test frameworks to support robust test automation. Write and optimize SQL queries for test data validation and verification. Develop Python scripts and utilities to support and enhance automation efforts. Collaborate with QA Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Analyze test results, log defects, and follow issues through to resolution. Document test plans, test cases, and results clearly and accurately. Use version control systems such as Bitbucket (and Git) to manage code and test artifacts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience creating and managing automated tests with TestComplete. Strong understanding of keyword-driven testing methodologies. Proficiency in Python programming for test automation and scripting tasks. Solid experience writing and executing SQL queries. Experience using version control systems, including Bitbucket and Git. Understanding of agile development environments and continuous integration practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and documentation abilities.
