The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals. Responsibilities : ? Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, and social media advertising to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth ? Achieve/exceed SBU Revenue Targets and other Business Unit Parameters ? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement ? Presenting daily/ weekly/ monthly reports of acquisition campaigns progress report to the team and clients ? Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement.
