Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in immigration services. Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding visa/immigration programs. Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and process flow. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and assist in closing conversions. Coordinate with the counseling/processing team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies and immigration guidelines.
