Compensation: Fixed ₹3L - ₹4.80L PA + Uncapped Performance Incentives (OTE: ₹3L - ₹6L PA) About the Role: LEADWELL is looking for a high-performance Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for Senior Executives and Organizational Decision Makers, guiding them through our premium Strategic Capability-Building Programs. This is not a generic tele-calling role. This is a consultative sales position where you will engage with strategy practitioners and business leaders and present our high-impact strategic capability program on Strategy and Innovation as the solution. Lead Qualification & Outreach Qualify inbound leads generated from paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook . Initiate contact with prospects from webinars and cold/warm leads from previous campaigns to introduce the program. 2. Consultative Selling & Value Communication Explain the program’s value proposition, USP, and outcomes clearly to senior management professionals and decision-makers. Handle questions, objections, and concerns confidently, guiding prospects towards an informed, timely decision. 3. Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management Schedule consultation sessions with the Executive Coach and ensure prospects attend or are rescheduled promptly. After consultations, follow up systematically, identify frictions preventing closure, and drive the opportunity to a clear yes/no outcome. 4. Stakeholder & Sponsor Coordination Coordinate with sponsors and organizational decision-makers for nominations and approvals within agreed timelines. Persuade executives to complete payment within the committed timeframe and support any internal approval process. 5. Ownership of Targets & Reporting Take end-to-end accountability for lead-to-enrollment conversion . Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM and share regular updates on pipeline health and performance against targets. Who We Are Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech (Executive Education), or High-Ticket Service sales. Communication: Good command of English (Written & Verbal). You must possess the "Executive Presence" required to speak confidently with business leaders. Consultative Selling Skills : listening, probing, framing value, and handling objections. Education: MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Marketing/Business preferred. Track Record: A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
