Job Description – Tele Sales Executive (Loans) Location: Cochin Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting to: Sales Head Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain loan products: Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) Understand the customer's loan requirements and check basic eligibility (salary, documents, CIBIL score, etc.). Explain features, interest rates, and documentation process clearly. Collect and update customer details and maintain lead status in CRM / Google Sheet. Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS until document collection. Coordinate with RM/processing team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and document collection. Handle objections confidently and convert cold leads into warm leads. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in telecalling or telesales, preferably in financial products.
