Organic Growth & Channel Diversification Expand organic reach across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc. Build community, content, and platform-native engagement strategies. Lead SEO, email, and WhatsApp marketing to reduce dependency on paid media. Influencer & Advocacy Marketing Build and scale ROI-focused influencer programs. Leverage UGC and community engagement to build trust and authenticity. Customer Retention & Loyalty Strategy Design loyalty, referral, and rewards programs. Drive lifecycle marketing and personalized customer communication. Earned Media & Brand Reputation Lead PR strategy through media features, thought leadership, and industry visibility. Drive brand reputation through events and media engagement. Analytics & Marketing KPIs Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs across ROAS, CAC, CRO, retention, LTV, and influencer ROI. Translate data insights into strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Build and lead a high-performing team and manage external agency relationships. Requirements: 5+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in personal care, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Proven record of scaling brands in high-growth environments. Deep expertise in brand, digital, performance, and content marketing. Strong command over ROAS, CAC, LTV, CRO, and organic growth levers. Data-driven decision-maker with bold strategic thinking.
